※ Payments made with Korean-issued credit cards will be processed in KRW.

※ All prices include VAT. Please note that VAT cannot be claimed in case of invoicing.

 

※ Registration and payment require a seperate conference website account from ConfTool.

※ Payment receipts can be downloaded from 'My Page'

** Conference Dinner Ticket (Limited seating)

!Conference Dinner Ticket can only be purchased at the time of registration.
If you wish to add a Conference Dinner Ticket, you must request a refund for your existing registration and then submit a new registration with the Conference Dinner Ticket included.

Unfortunately, Conference Dinner Tickets are currently sold out.

However, if you would still like to attend, please contact us at aivc2026conference@gmail.com, providing your full name and affiliation.

Although we cannot guarantee additional tickets, we will contact you if any become available. Please note that payment must be made on site.

 

 

Deadlines and refund policy

Refunds will be processed according to the schedule below:

On or before July 30, 2026 80% refund
On or after July 31, 2026 No refund

Additional notes:

iPlease note that refunds cannot be processed directly through the website.
iTo modify your registration, please cancel the existing payment and re-register with a new payment.
iTo request a refund, please contact the secretariat via email at aivc2026conference@gmail.com.
iAll refund requests are subject to an administrative fee. In addition, any applicable taxes, bank charges, or transaction costs incurred by the Council will be deducted from the final amount.
