I signed up for a website account, but I haven't received the verification email.
▼Registering for the conference requires creating a separate website account, in addition to your ConfTool account.
The verification email may take a few minutes to arrive, depending on your email provider.
If you don't see it, please check your spam or junk folder.
If you continue to experience issues with signing up, please contact the conference secretariat at aivc2026conference@gmail.com.
My registration payment failed.
▼We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the payment failure. Before contacting us, please check the following:
1. Please check whether your card is a Visa or MasterCard. We have recently seen repeated failures with MasterCard, so if possible, we recommend trying a Visa card first.
2. For browser compatibility, please try Chrome or another browser instead of Safari. Also, please check that pop-ups are not being blocked.
3. Please contact your card issuer. Some issuers automatically decline payments of several hundred US dollars made on Asia-based websites, suspecting the card may have been stolen.
Still having payment issues?
We will contact our payment gateway (PG) provider to investigate the issue. Please contact the conference secretariat at aivc2026conference@gmail.com with the following information:
- Cardholder name
- Date and approximate time of the payment attempt
- Card type (Visa or MasterCard)
Please note that it may take 2–3 business days to resolve.
Alternative Payment Method (Bank Transfer)
If you are unable to pay by credit card, please contact the conference secretariat at aivc2026conference@gmail.com to request an invoice with the following information:
- Full Name
- Institution
- Email address
After completing the bank transfer, kindly notify us so that we can update your payment status in the conference system.
How can I update my registration information?
▼Please email the conference secretariat at aivc2026conference@gmail.com with the information you would like to update, and we will make the necessary changes.
Where can I download my payment receipt?
▼Your Payment Receipt can be downloaded from My Page after logging in to the conference website.
How can I cancel my registration payment?
▼If you would like to cancel your registration payment, please contact the conference secretariat at aivc2026conference@gmail.com with the following information:
- Registrant's name
- Affiliation
- Cardholder name (for credit card payments)
- Payment date
Cancellation requests will be processed according to the conference Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Please allow 2–3 business days for processing cancellation.
Once you have confirmed that the payment has been successfully canceled, please notify the conference secretariat so that your registration status can also be updated in the conference system.
How can I obtain an invitation letter?
▼Invitation letters are issued only to registered participants or confirmed contributors.
If you require an official invitation letter for your visa application, please complete and submit the request through the Google Form here.
How can I revise the paper information submitted through ConfTool (e.g., title or authors)?
▼Please email the conference secretariat at aivc2026conference@gmail.com with the details you would like to change.
Please note that revisions are accepted only until the Camera-ready Version submission deadline (July 31) due to the proceedings production schedule.
What is the difference between the Camera-ready Version and the Final Paper?
▼The Camera-ready Version is the version that will be published in the conference proceedings. Authors may use this opportunity to make minor revisions, correct typographical errors, and update author information if necessary.
If no Camera-ready Version is submitted by the deadline, the previously submitted Final Paper will be used for publication in the proceedings.

Please Note
- The invitation letter will be issued only to registered participants or confirmed contributors.
- The letter is intended solely for visa application purposes and does not guarantee financial support or entry into the Republic of Korea. The AIVC 2026 Organizing Committee holds no responsibility for visa denials.
- All collected personal information (including passport numbers) will be used strictly for issuing the invitation letter and will be securely discarded afterwards.
- As visa processing times may vary significantly, we highly recommend submitting your request as early as possible.
