※ All prices include VAT. Please note that VAT cannot be claimed in case of invoicing.

Not included in the registration fee and requires a separate purchase
Conference Dinner Ticket can only be purchased at the time of registration.
If you wish to add a Conference Dinner Ticket, you must request a refund for your existing registration and then submit a new registration with the Conference Dinner Ticket included.
Deadlines and refund policy
Refunds will be processed according to the schedule below:
On or before July 30, 2026 80% refund
On or after July 31, 2026 No refund

Please note that refunds cannot be processed directly through the website.
To modify your registration, please cancel the existing payment and re-register with a new payment.
To request a refund, please contact the secretariat via email at aivc2026conference@gmail.com.
All refund requests are subject to an administrative fee. In addition, any applicable taxes, bank charges, or transaction costs incurred by the Council will be deducted from the final amount.
Visa Invitation Letter Request
We sincerely welcome all international attendees joining us for AIVC 2026.
If you require an official invitation letter to support your visa application, please complete and submit the request through Google Forms here.
As visa processing times may vary, we highly recommend submitting your request as early as possible.
