※ Conference Registration fee includes:
• Access to all scientific sessions (Keynote sessions, Topical sessions, Oral/Poster sessions)
• Access to conference exhibition area
• Conference proceedings
• Coffee breaks and lunches
• Welcome reception (only available for Full Conference Registration)
※ Conference Dinner Ticket (Limited seating)
• Access to the Conference Dinner on October 1, 2026, at 6:30 PM at Gyeongwonjae by WALKERHILL.
• Not included in the registration fee and requires a separate purchase.
Deadlines and refund policy
Refunds will be processed according to the schedule below:
• On or before July 30, 2026 : 80% refund |

• On or after July 31, 2026 : No refund |

※ To modify your registration, please cancel the existing payment and re-register with a new payment.
※ To request a refund, please contact the secretariat via email at aivc2026conference@gmail.com.
※ All refund requests are subject to an administrative fee. In addition, any applicable taxes, bank charges, or transaction costs incurred by the Council will be deducted from the final amount.
